Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take? We offer free shipping across South Africa. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days to major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria) and 5-7 business days to other areas. Please note: Orders placed after 20 December may arrive after Christmas.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within South Africa. International shipping is coming soon!
How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Are your beauty tools suitable for all hair types? Yes! Our wireless straightening combs and hair curlers work beautifully on all hair types—straight, wavy, curly, thick, thin, and even extensions.

How do I clean my beauty tools?
- Hair tools: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each use
- Electric shaver: Rinse under running water after use
- Toothbrush: Rinse thoroughly under water
- Makeup brush cleaner: Empty water after each use and wipe dry
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in original packaging. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How do I return a product? Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
Do I have to pay for return shipping? Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

How long is the warranty? All Clorvee products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
What does the warranty cover? The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
